Denny GBI was established in March 2004 in succession to Denny Direct, which was a division of Colorama Photodisplay Ltd. Following Colorama's decision to concentrate on their core paper and cove business, the dealership for Denny products was transferred to Studio Decor UK in March 2004.

Denny GBI operates as a division of Studio Decor (UK) Ltd from their Beaminster, Dorset base, and deals solely with the import and distribution of products from Denny Mfg, Mobile, Alabama, USA for customers throught the UK and Ireland.
