As can be appreciated, many customers require slightly different versions of our products, and we are happy to advise on modifications that may be available.

Some items will not be held in stock, and will be made or sourced strictly to order. These are:

• All items from Denny, excluding those catalogued as being in stock
• All items of furniture, allowing choice of fabric coverings (except Childs Chaise Longue in cream fabric)
  Any furniture we do stock will be in mahogany wood with a burgundy dralon fabric.

Whilst we are happy to quote lead times, we do not accept responsibility for delays which may occur beyond our control.

Certain items that are manufactured in house can be modified or custom made - this will be strictly by quotation.

Customers are reminded of the Consumer Protection legislation attached to orders for custom ordered items which governs modified rights of return and cancellation.At point of order customers will be deemed to have knowledge of these provisions: We are happy to explain these on request. For the avoidance of doubt, all Denny items other than stock backgrounds are deemed to be covered by these regulations.
