All customers placing orders will be deemed to be aware of these terms
TERMS OF BUSINESS SUMMARY

Full settlement due prior to despatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
All prices quoted, verbal or written, are exclusive of VAT and delivery
charges unless otherwise stated.
All goods remain the property of LuxS until settlement
is received in full
Settlement may be by Cash, cheque, credit or debit card. LuxS reserve the
right to refuse such cards as they choose. (Please note Amex cards cannot
be accepted)
Minimum charge of £25 (ex VAT) on credit card transactions.
Carriage means delivery to the normal working entrance of one mainland
UK address by a contractor nominated by LuxS. Delivery will
normally be any time on the next working day after despatch. LuxS accept
no liability for losses incurred by failure of nominated carriers. Offshore
and export carriage by quotation. See additional notes on deliveries.
All claims for damage to be notified within 1 working day of delivery.
Returns policy is as laid out elsewhere in this price list. All customers
are deemed to have understanding of this at point of order.

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY
Orders are despatched by the most suitable carrier, normally a next working day service with no guarantee on time of delivery.Carriers are instructed not to leave goods without a signature, and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to take delivery.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN SIGNING FOR A PACKAGE IT IS
ALSO BEING ACCEPTED IN GOOD CONDITION. DELIVERY PAPERS MUST BE ANNOTATED
IF ANY DAMAGE IS VISIBLE OR SUSPECTED. THE CLIENT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE
FOR INFORMING LuxS LTD OF ANY DAMAGE, SUSPECTED OR OTHERWISE,
WITHIN ONE WORKING DAY OF RECEIPT
Claims for goods damaged in transit cannot be substantiated if this is
not done, and LuxS will resist all such claims if any
damage to packaging is not notified to the carrier and to LuxS at time
of delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
Orders of stock items will normally be despatched within seven working
days of your order unless otherwise advised when orders are placed. Where
despatch is required sooner than this, a surcharge of up to 10% may be
made at our discretion.
Stock items, other than those requested for express despatch
to meet deadlines, may be returned for credit provided:
1) items are returned unused and undamaged
2) Request to return is notified within seven days of receipt.
A restocking charge of up to 15 % may be made, and carriage is not refundable.
Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Where express despatch to meet a deadline within 7 days of the date of order is requested, request to return goods must be notified by 5pm on the day of delivery, and a restocking charge of 25% may be made and carriage is not refundable. Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items customised or produced to order, however deviating from the stock designs, are excepted from the right to return or cancel under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Customers are deemed to have knowledge of these provisions at the point of placing an order. Returns or refunds on these items are strictly at the discretion of Studio Decor (UK) Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies to all backgrounds produced and/or imported to order.
Any returns outside these terms are totally at the discretion of Studio Decor (UK)
